This all started Dec. 7th 2007. I had problems in my urinary tract, which was showing some blood. I received prayer in Dec. for healing but doctors always love tests. It started with a cat scan which showed a mass of some type in my bladder. Next test ….a cystostopy was scheduled. I again received prayer for healing and when the doctor did the exam he was surprised to find NOTHING, praise God. But….doctors do not give up so easy. Next test on the list was a prostate biopsy since this had all the symptoms of prostate cancer. I again received prayer, this time with anointing of oil. The test came and went and No problems in the prostate.  Next test….a DNA evaluation which found suspicion of urinary tract carcinoma. By now I am tired of tests. Then one week in church Barry stated not all healing happens right away and you should continue to ask for the power of healing. I received pray during church 3 or 4 weeks ago and a vision and voice came to me later that said, son you are healed just trust in me. I did but it is tough when the doctors keep telling me it must be something. 

 

The doctor did a complete biopsy of the bladder, kidneys and everything in between.  I was so sick from this test I missed 4 days of work due to the severe pain and now I was ( in the flesh) starting to get concerned  and scared.

 

Well last night I met the doctor for the test results… NOTHING could be found, all biopsy’s came back normal. The doctor was totally perplexed, he said to me, you told me before you were healed and he could not doubt it. The feeling that I had at this time can not be described all I wanted to do was call people and tell them. I want to thank all those who prayed for me and believed with me for the healing, especially my wife Patti who kept me on the right mental path so I did not go crazy with all this.

Well 5 months went by and now I can proclaim that the healing was asked for and received. Praise God!!!!!!!!

 As the Lord had me in a process of a deeper surrender I encountered some consistent physical pain in my abdomen. At first it was not hard to put this on the back-burner, because there were others in my life with more serious problems, and God was teaching me about a deeper level of trust. By Christmas I could not ignore the pain any longer. My doctor sent me to several specialists. A colonoscopy was done, which was negative. An abdominal scan was done which showed a tumor on my bladder.

 

"Ah, that's what caused the pain", I thought .." just like with my dad. "Thank You for Your promises. Lord, You provided for my healing by what was accomplished on the cross. Father, You are my Healer, my Restorer. You can restore what the locusts have eaten. But it's okay Lord, if this is how you want to use me, it's fine. With Your help I'll be a witness for you in a chemo treatment center or wherever you send me. If this is the ministry you have for me, I'm ready to walk in it with You. Have your way. I trust You." This is pretty much how my conversations with the Lord went.

 

As I surrendered this to the Lord and trusted Him for my healing He gave me a marvelous, deep peace and great faith that He would perfectly remedy the situation. What was His plan? I didn't know. A week later I had a bladder scan. A few days afterward a nurse from the doctor's office called and said the scan was negative.  There was no tumor. What a wonderful surprise!

Five days before Christmas, a Thursday night, I got the call that no parent wants to receive. My daughter called me saying she was in an accident and my car was totalled. When I hung up, I was thankful that she was not hurt; however, I sat there and cried. What was I going to do for a car. It was my car that got totalled and we had no other vehicle. As a single mom it is hard to save for a car and I can't afford the payment.  All I could do was to put it in God's hand. 

The following day my parents took me vehicle shopping. Things were not the greatest between my dad and I, at this point in time. We saw a mini van that I really liked that was in our price range. My Dad had dealt with the owner of the car lot before and they checked the van out and saw what kind of deal they could make. My Mom called me at work and said they had purchased the van in my name and I could just pay them. On Christmas Eve I got my new vehicle.  The claims adjuster had not looked at my car yet. I am amazed how God worked this all out. Christmas morning I went out in the van and thanked God for the van, prayed over it and dedicated it to Him.
 
Through This whole situation that satan meant for bad, God did a multiple of things.
 
(1) God supplied me with a good vehicle that i needed.
 
(2) He's repairing my relationship with my earthly father.
 
(3)  God has showed me another aspect of Fatherhood. In my head I know that God does not go by our performance to bless us but I was still living that wayIn other words, I believed I did not deserve a van like the one God gave me. Because of past experiences I had a striving mentality. God showed me my thinking was incorrect.
 
(4) My parents got to witness to the owner of the car lot.

After the service I asked for prayer for depression and the Lord delivered me and healed me.  The Holy Spirit spoke but a few words through Wayne, and I literally felt it coming off of me like the shedding of layers of clothes and I immediately received peace and joy flowing into me.  I knew that I knew that Jesus had touched me and it was gone. 
 
What is different now?  My spirit is lighter, my faith is stronger and deeper, and the Lord's love moves much more freely through me.  I am coming to know more intimately this hope (my Jesus) that lives inside of me.  When I recently faced a challenging situation, this time instead of adding to that old layer of heaviness, I said, "Jesus I know you will make this go away, so I give it to you and place my trust in you."  And that is what happened, I rested in the Lord and he dealt with the situation.

How absolutely wonderful and amazing to be a part of his kingdom!!  Praise be to the Lord our God.

Last week there was healing in the house!  I sat in the very last row during the worship service and raised my left hand for claiming my healing.  At 3 a.m. Monday morning God told me to check my lump (for 25 years I had a golf ball size lump under my left arm).  I checked for the lump and it was completely gone.  Within the past 6-8 months, God has healed me from migrain headaches, vertigo, tailbone pain (which I had since 7th grade) and severe allergies.  God is good!!

"Our 8 yr old son Justin had been having intestinal pain for about a month and had been in the hospital, coming home without a diagnosis. One Sunday there was a word of knowledge that God wanted to heal intestinal problems. I went to children's church got Justin out of his class. As Justin was prayed for he said he could feel it slowly going away and when he was finished it was gone!

"He said 'wow!', God really CAN heal you! He had no more pain the rest of the day. The next morning however, he woke up with the pain and it was pretty much nonstop. I was pretty bummed, and was at a loss to know what to say. I had never heard of that before. I didn't know how to explain this to a kid when I didn't understand it myself. I thought Justin would be disillusioned with God and be upset. But he took it in stride and never once questioned! He continued to pray.

"About two weeks later we were driving late at night and he said 'uh-oh, Mom this pain is getting really bad'. All of a sudden, he opened his mouth and started spewing forth declarations.... 'I am a child of God'... 'Devil you are not going to get me'.... 'you will not win', etc. He was talking so fast I couldn't hear everything, and frankly I'm not sure if he himself realizes everything he said. I was so stunnned I was speechless and nearly ran off the road! Well, the pain left immediately and has not returned since. It has been about 2 1/2 weeks. It was an incredible experience for us that as a child he never questioned why and just kept praying!"

"I was diagnosed with ecsema at 2 years of age.  I was told by the doctors that I would need to just live with it - there was nothing they could do.  In the spring of 2006 I was prayed for at the healing rooms and over time I was completely healed.  Now I can do all the things I could not do before with no concern of any kind of flare-up."

"I had been diagnosed with cancer 51/2 years ago.  At our October 15th worship service I received prayer for healing.  The following Wednesday, October 18, doctors took biopsies and found no cancer anywhere!  All the tests for cancer are negative and I feel great!"

"I had been wearing bi-focal glasses since I was in the 7th grade and the condition with my eyes had been getting worse since early 2006.  One day in early October I was driving and noticed that my vision had changed.  I was concerned about what was going on so I made an appointment to have my eyes checked.  As it turns out - my distance vision has been completely healed!  I don't need to wear any glasses except for reading!

June 2006

"I was in the emgergency room the day of the accident (Chad had fallen into the family swimming pool and was found unresponsive). There had been no heart beat or breathing for 20 minutes and the doctor indicated that he was about to give up on Chad.  He would try once more to get a heartbeat.

"I prayed and asked God to bring him back to us.  As soon as I was done praying the doctor said he had a heartbeat - Chad was still with us." (Chad is at home and continuing on his way to a complete recovery).
